    That was a cool metcon. I like these FGB-style ones. They force you to really use that minute to recover, get your heart rate back down, etc. Good one!

    @Jill, still waiting on the permits for the sprinkler work. We’re done with all we can do for now, but we’ll be sure to let everyone know as soon as anything changes!
