    Yesterday I did a wod at crossfit Scranton,
    AMRAP in 20 minutes deadlift your body
    weight and your hands can’t leave the bar
    do a pushup on the bar…1 deadlift and 1
    pushup equals 1 rep. I did 82 reps and rxd
    it!

    Today we did Helen I rxd it my time was 13:31.

    Wow, that’s great Jill! Are you a Scranton girl forever now? :)
    That deadlift workout sound fun, but a loooong 20 minutes.

    Today I went light on my power cleans, and did the MetCon in between 5 and 6 minutes. I think 5:40something.

    Sounds like you’re having fun Jill but don’t give Justin and Alycia any ideas (unless they are light, short and slow :) ). I got 135 on the Power Cleans and don’t know my time for the Metcon but was slower than 6 minutes, probably more like 8 or so.
