    It’s awesome to see some new faces at the gym!
    I really like when we do the MetCon first so this workout was great in my opinion.
    I PRd my 3 rep front squat by 10 pounds and hit 145lb for one rep!

    Correction…that was 245 for the one rep.

    Yeah, it’s good to see some new people coming out to get beat up :)
    Jay’s lifts were so impressive. Those of you who weren’t there missed the Strongman Jay show.
    We’ll have to have a showdown ( CrossFit Total?) between Jay and New Dave.
