    Really enjoyed the workout today.
    Press: 145
    Push Press: 205
    Split Jerk: 225 (Probably could have done more but ran out of time)

    Metcon: 20:22 (Sorry, I know I went over the 20 Min Cap but I told myself I was finishing it no matter what) and Pushups were split: 36,26,21,20,20 for a total of 123.

    Thanks Jon and Beth! For some reason I felt stronger as the lifting part went on. My body does take some time to “warm up” when it comes to lifting but today there was definitely an added boost. Not sure if it’s from the challenge but if it is, I certainly don’t mind.
