    71 Burpees is the number to beat from the 6:30am class!

    71 is nearly a burpee every four seconds. Wow, the gauntlet is thrown down. Nice work, Nick.

    Alycia, J and I are planning on making the 5:30 pm class tonight. Too much icy crap this morning.

    Yeah, aim for 1 every 3 seconds, and then you’ll get to 100! Sounds easy enough :) .
    Part of it is perfecting the body slam into the ground and quick transition from horizontal to vertical. Just do a few slams into the ground to practice today. I’m sure no one in your office would really notice. Just pretend you’re falling on some ice.

    I have the “slam into ground really hard” part down cold. It’s the “getting back up fast” part that slows me up every time. :)
