Who is this girl snatching 193 pounds (88kg)? This is Rizelyx Rivera, current National Record holder in that movement.
She happens to live locally, she happens to be super cool and she happens to want to coach our members in the Olympic Lifts, if you’re up for it. This is an amazing opportunity for you to learn from the BEST, literally.
More info coming very soon. Justin and Alycia are lifting with her tonight. If we make it out alive, we’ll give you more details very soon!

Strength:
Pendlay Rows 6, 6, 6
Single Arm DB Press L 6, 6, 6
Single Arm DB Press R 6, 6, 6

Use the same weight for both arms. The goal here is to get your weaker arm stronger, making all pressing movements easier.

Metcon:
4 Rounds
1 minute Pullups
then
AMRAP in 2 Minutes
10 KB Swings
10 Goblet Squats

1 minute rest between rounds, no rest between pull-ups and the AMRAP.

    Wow, that’s incredible how effortless she makes it look.. it’s so exciting that we’ll get an opportunity to work with her!

    Despite feeling like a total weakling, I did pretty well infront of her. So nervous, but it’s amazing how much better you do when someone you respect is watching over you. I was so focused and I really spent a lot of time concentrating on the lifts before and while I was doing them. We lifted in front of her for an hour or so. Really cool.
    I’ll be sending out an email tomorrow with info about her clinic and classes. Soooo excited. Our girls/guys are about to get freaking strong.
