    Despite still not being pleased about missing this workout, I can accept that Kim’s best will be good enough for two people.

    PR deadlift at 135lbs! I was able to do one set at 140 before curving my back. I forget my exact time for the MetCon, but I was happy with it…even though I certainly have room to improve!
