    It was fun. I expected a lot more out of myself, but very impressive work from everyone.

    Eric, you’ve been doing some really impressive stuff at the gym lately. You’ve finally realized your strength, and how hard you can push yourself. Every day won’t be a crazy PR, but as long as you’re making linear progress, you’re on the right track.

    You’ve come a long way since you’ve started -keep doing what you’re doing. We’ll re-test the Total in a few months…. :)

    I’m sad that I missed this one, but i’ll be there on Monday to watch the others do it. Exciting!

    Ya, I was kinda bummed. But I’m over it and looking forward to a much improved score next time. Just more motivation to keep pushing myself. (:

    I realized Saturday I could spend HOURS just lifting-I really like straight up seeing how much I and others can lift!
