The most accomplished CrossFit athletes reach their goals by lots of practice and by mastering technique. By slowly and steadily making daily progress in the gym, you are moving yourselves closer to some very impressive feats of strength, speed and endurance.
Nicole Carroll, one of the original CrossFit athletes, is shown here repeatedly trying, and ultimately succeeding in completing 15 reps of 135# overhead squats. Think about that for a second. Imagine yourself doing that. You can tell by the wavering at the top of the squats that this bar is HEAVY. Those of you who have attempted heavy overheads squats will appreciate this even more.
Keep your goals in sight and appreciate your progress along the way!

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 10
1 Man maker
2 Box Jumps
2 Man makers
4 Box Jumps
3 Man makers
6 Box Jumps

(Add one Man maker and two box jumps each round.)
