Two morning classes EVERY weekday!

We’re adding morning classes through the end of the summer (and possibly beyond).

Our 6:30 class went from a less populated to one of our MOST populated class times within the past few weeks. There will now be a 7:30am class EVERY WEEKDAY to help even out the number of people in each class. This will help classes run smoothly and eliminate uneccessary waiting/sharing during lifting, modifying metcons, or running over class time in the 6:30am class.

We hope you’ll appreciate the added classes and will come out to the new 7:30am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We will re-evaluate the schedule when the school year begins. For now, we’ll see you at any of the 4 classes that we offer every weekday¬† :)

QUESTION: What class time works BEST for your schedule? It can be a class time that we DO or DON’T currently offer.

    Yeah, that’s the coolest part, but since you asked, 6:30 a.m. is perfect for Jamie and me.

    One other suggestion…I think it’d be cool to have a 10 a.m. Sunday class, just to have more options for those weeks when work/life get in the way on weekdays. But I realize that’s your day off, so maybe it’s an idea for the future when there are others who would want to teach that class. Not trying to ruin your life by making you work on your only day off. :)

    Hey steve, we were just talking about a Sunday class yesterday. That might happen soon!

    Hey members -there are 55 of you and only one person who told us which class they like/want. Speak up! Now is your chance. Its pretty rare that you get to have a say as to when your gym is open.

    The class times all look great to me. Since I’m moving to Philly (still working in NJ), you’ll start seeing me more in the evenings and less often in the morning. I like the idea of Sunday classes especially when you combine them with yoga or other technique sessions.

    6:30 am is still the best for me too. Now if we could only figure out a way to make it closer to home…

    6:30 pm is great for me. Sundays would be great too for when I can’t make one during the week due to travel. :)

    over the summer I’m fortunate enough to have the flexibility to come whenever :)

    but in the fall the only weekday time I’ll be able to make is 6:30PM!

    Hey! I definitely agree that a Sunday class would be awesome. Also, for me personally, a 730pm class at some point during the week would work :)

    In the summer, I can be a little butterfly.
    During the school year, my schedule becomes more rigid. A 5:30 am class would work great for me. I work in Philly, so it would allow me to actually get to work on time. Otherwise, I will have to do the evening classes.
    Sunday works If I must become a weekend warrior due to scheduling conflict.

    I think that a Sunday class would be great. The OL day worked out awesome. Maybe an “open” gym where people could work on stuff or attack that benchmark they want to PR on w a beginners / foundations class could be something for a Sunday. I might know someone who would be willing to help with that.
