*Aspire Barbell is open to the public, and is free for all existing members with a 3x/week or Unlimited membership. Inquire within about non-member rates. 

FREE CLASS: You can come to ANY class on Wednesday or Saturday to try CrossFit for free!

ELEMENTS: After you take a free class, you will take two Elements classes that will go over all of the basic movements. After Elements, you will go back into regular classes!
