Free First Class
Everyone is welcome to join us for one free class before deciding if CrossFit is right for them. Our WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY classes are open to those who would like to try it out.
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to your first class to fill out some paperwork and meet our coaches . Wear workout clothes, sneakers, and bring a water bottle and towel if needed. We’ll warm up together, teach you the movements, and then put you to work.
No CrossFit experience necessary!
If you enjoy the class and you decide to sign up for membership, you are also given the option of taking a FREE PERSONAL TRAINING session to go over the basics of CrossFit before hopping right into group classes.
