A (Delicious) Day in the Life of: Jordana Ginsburg

The following meals are by Jordana Ginsburg, member and gymnastics trainer at CrossFit Aspire.

She does a great job of eating the same foods in different ways throughout the day.

Cooking in bulk isn’t always the ‘sexiest’ way to have you meals, but it sure is the easiest and usually the healthiest!

 

 

Breakfast: Paleo hash, 2 eggs and crockpot meat.

Lunch: Brussels sprouts, bacon and mushrooms with crockpot meat and carrots

Dinner: Brussels sprouts, bacon and mushrooms with a mini burger and avocado

    The Paleo Hash looks delicious. Can you share the recipe?

    I make it different then the actual recipe…but here I shredded 2 sweet potatoes, 2 zucchinis, 1/2 an onion diced, 2 eggs, and I put some garlic and coconut oil in the pan before…it makes enough to last for 5 breakfasts! ENJOY!

    Looks great! I am not worthy! Though…based on feedback I’ve gotten, I imagine you really should be having a maxi burger with dinner ;)
